Service swings wildly here. A handful of reviewers praise staff warmth and quick problem-fixing, but the majority encounter rude, impatient staff with stiff expressions and slow order fulfillment. Drink orders often arrive wrong or poorly made-undersweetened, wrong base, skimpy toppings-and staff rarely own mistakes without frustration.
Diners split sharply on this cafe. Some praise the tasty food and roomy seating, while others describe dirty toilets, slow orders, and staff who were hard to find at the counter. A wrong order and a hair in a toast also drew complaints. The 3.4 average across 83 reviews reflects that split.
Two five-star reviews praise Burger Nuar's delicious burgers and affordable prices. One reviewer specifically highlights the crispy chicken burger as superior to fast food alternatives, calling it the best street burger in the area.
From 15 review texts, this is a Malay nasi kandar eatery with little talk of coffee. Diners like the cheap rice sets and village dishes, but some cite shifting prices and a drop in food quality. Evidence is limited.
