Corrections, disputes and removals
Puchong Cafe is a free directory that scores cafes across Puchong based on publicly available information and Google reviews. Every cafe receives its score using the same methodology: public reviews are processed through a fixed, published rubric that applies equally to every business on the site. Because listing is free and payment never influences scores or rankings, your cafe's number reflects what reviewers have actually written. This page explains how to request changes to your listing. The full rubric is published under how we score.
Factual corrections
If your cafe's name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services are incorrect in your listing, submit the correct information along with proof we can verify it against, such as your official website or your Google Business Profile. Once confirmed, the correction is locked in and survives all future data refreshes.
Score disputes
A dispute is not a request for a higher score. Instead, dispute your score if you believe the input data is wrong: the listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misstates what reviewers actually said. When you dispute, we re-examine the sources and regenerate your listing. Scores themselves are never hand-edited.
Removal requests
Listings are removed if your cafe is permanently closed, if your listing is a duplicate, or if the business falls outside Puchong Cafe's scope. Our monthly re-verification process automatically removes closed businesses as they are discovered. If your listing is accurate and within scope, we may decline your removal request. You will receive a clear explanation of the decision.
