Service swings wildly here. A handful of reviewers praise staff warmth and quick problem-fixing, but the majority encounter rude, impatient staff with stiff expressions and slow order fulfillment. Drink orders often arrive wrong or poorly made-undersweetened, wrong base, skimpy toppings-and staff rarely own mistakes without frustration.
Diners split sharply on this cafe. Some praise the tasty food and roomy seating, while others describe dirty toilets, slow orders, and staff who were hard to find at the counter. A wrong order and a hair in a toast also drew complaints. The 3.4 average across 83 reviews reflects that split.
Rated 4.4 from 203 Google reviews, the room draws the most praise. Reviewers mention a roomy space with a fairy-tale feel, and several describe the setting as relaxed. Food opinions split sharply, with some dishes praised and others found bland or slow. Several guests mention the heat and missing air-conditioning. The owner and his family earn the warmest comments, with guests saying they chat and give elderly diners extra care. Desserts win praise, and mac and cheese splits opinion. Some call portions small for the price, while others find it affordable. You pay before your order arrives, and tables are self-cleared.
