At 4.1 stars from 67 Google reviews, this outlet earns praise for strong matcha, good value, and friendly staff. Complaints centre on long peak-hour queues, thin staffing, and drinks made without the requested order remarks. Experiences vary from visit to visit.
Short five-star notes praise the food and the quick, accurate service. Critical reviews point to small portions, high prices for the taste, and uneven cooking. One diner found a hair in a curry. A reviewer claims the high rating comes from a RM5 bill discount.
Recent feedback leans heavily negative, with 60% of ratings at one or two stars. Complaints focus on pretzels and nuggets that feel hard, burnt or bland. Slow service and missing items come up too. A few people still enjoy the chocolate sauce and the eclair sticks.
Two older reviews note a cosy atmosphere and crunchy fries, but evidence is thin: only 3 ratings across 8 years, with limited detail on coffee quality or current service.
