3.1(96)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Staff rudeness dominates complaints here, with reviewers documenting repeated dismissive attitudes, loud responses, and order errors across multiple visits. The quiet environment and spacious seating appeal to people working or meeting, but inconsistent drink preparation and a pattern of staff impatience undermine the experience consistently. Specialty tea drinks form the core menu; staff struggles with POS systems and voucher redemptions. The shop works for focused study time when staff mood cooperates, but service reliability remains the core problem. Reviewers compare drink quality unfavourably to other Tealive outlets.
