Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Tucked inside IOI Business Park, this quiet cafe draws repeat visitors for Dutch baby pancakes and all-day breakfast. Drinks and pastries shine when prepared well, but consistency and essentials like wifi and chargers lag behind expectations.
Rated 4.5 across 82 Google reviews, with 74% five-star, this cafe earns praise for food, ambience, and service. Diners mention pasta, pizza, and chicken dishes, plus a snooker table at RM3 per game. Slow food and one disputed cocktail charge are the main complaints.
Most visitors praise Clean U for healthy, satisfying meals and a photogenic setting. Specialty items like low-calorie braised pork rice and fried options that aren't greasy earn consistent mention. The space feels fresh and quiet, making it a natural gather spot for groups. However, one detailed complaint flags a 40-minute wait despite available seating, with food arriving cold and tasting dry. The reviewer found it overpriced relative to competitors in the "clean eating" category. For most, the experience delivers; for timing-sensitive visits or those prioritising speed, caution applies.
