Most of the 4.6-star feedback, from 204 Google reviews, is upbeat. Diners point to the fried chicken burger and chicken wrap, plus staff who are friendly and a clean, comfortable room. Two low ratings cite a missing ShopeeFood item and an unserved sauce request. Recent texts are brief, so detail is limited.
At 3.7 stars across 11 Google reviews, this shop sits below the 4.37 average for specialty-coffee cafes here. Visitors like the friendly staff and affordable ice cream and tea drinks. Other guests report wrong orders, ignored sugar requests, and pearls that turn out too hard or too soft.
Most recent diners praise the staff, especially a server named Naim, for friendly and responsive service. Family dinners and kids get a warm mention. Tandoori and nasi goreng earn praise. One diner found the meat tough and the room stuffy. The 3.8 overall rating across 2,345 reviews suggests wider mixed experiences.
Food quality earns consistent five-star praise for soft rice rolls, balanced sauce, and chili oil that keep customers returning from across KL. Staff demeanor and venue constraints dampen the experience: the stall sits in a cramped, noisy food court with limited working seats and staff reportedly stretched thin during busy takeaway rushes, though cleanliness and parking draw positive note.
